Hotel Kitchen Director

About the Role:

• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement menu selections that showcase creativity and flair.
• Optimize kitchen processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and promote sustainability.
• Develop and lead training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
• Maintain open communication channels with the Executive Chef, Director of Food and Beverage, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.

About You:

We seek an experienced and skilled Sous Chef with 3-5 years of culinary management experience in a high-volume hotel environment. A Food Handler's License is required, and the ability to obtain any government-required license or certificate is essential.

What We Offer:

• A competitive salary range of $65,000-$75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
