Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist to join our R&D team at our Claremont, NC facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing multiple facets of testing to characterize the performance of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct component and systems testing using network analyzers and field tester cable analyzers to evaluate the transmission performance of copper apparatus components.
  • Perform validation/qualification tests to assist development engineering in determining that products conform to internal requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with Development and Sustaining Engineers to ensure proper tests are measured to verify compliance to industry and internal specifications.
  • Compile test reports to convey to requesters a summarization of data collection.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in an engineering discipline with 0-10 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with product sets and corresponding termination methods required for test preparation.
