Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: College/technical degree or comparable industry experience.
  • Experience: Previous leadership and supervisory experience, with a strong background in service operations and heavy equipment repair procedures and applications.
  • Skills: Excellent customer relations skills, organized and able to prioritize and multi-task, strong mechanical knowledge, and proficient in the use of a computer.
Physical Requirements

The Service Operations Manager must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 20 pounds in weight, and possess specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
