Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumber to join our team at American Incorporated. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including water heater repairs and installations, clogged drains, and pipe repairs.
  • Provide clear explanations of diagnosis and solutions to customers.
  • Coordinate with Project Supervisors daily to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills to meet the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.
  • Analyze information, problems, and situations to develop effective solutions.
  • Perform hydro jetting, video drain inspection, pipe location, leak location, backflow testing, and repairs.
  • Be available for on-call duty as required.

Requirements:

  • Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Have at least 2 years of residential or commercial plumbing experience.
  • Have experience with water heaters and sewer repair and/or replacement.
  • Be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Be a team player with a willingness to work collaboratively.
