Kolben Auto Care is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team
Kolben Autocare Service Advisors are essential team members. They are the face of the shop and the client's' main point of contact throughout the repair/maintenance process. We service our clients with honesty and integrity, working as a partner to advise clients, build a long-standing relationship and always provide a 5-star experience. At Kolben we have a highly skilled team that has fun and allows for a work/life balance with weekends off and we would love to add more top talent to our team

Job Duties:
- Greet clients and maintain showroom.
- Schedule appointments.
- Main point of contact for client, relaying diagnosis, recommendations, etc.
- Work as a team to ensure all clients are taken care of.
- Building Work Orders
- Receiving/ordering/posting parts.
- Review digital inspections.
Requirements:
- Automotive Experience
- Attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license.
- Sales Experience
- Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with a customer satisfaction focus.
- Have strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
- Manage client experience from beginning to end.
