Job Summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Overnight Feed Bagger. This role involves working in a fast-paced feed mill environment, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of agricultural inputs. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery and equipment to load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and trucks.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the feed mill.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of inventory, including blended, bulk, and packaged products.
  • Deliver products to customer sites and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform grounds maintenance, including snow removal, and warehouse work, including forklift operation and general maintenance.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in operations and/or business operations.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in dust and adverse weather conditions.
  • Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
