Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Food and Beverage team, ensuring excellent service standards and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
- Operations and Logistics: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and staff scheduling.
- Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest has an exceptional dining experience, responding promptly to guest concerns and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
- Team Development: Coach and develop the skills of the Food and Beverage team, providing training and feedback to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
