Job Summary

Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to work the 2nd Shift in its Florence, KY location.

The Manufacturing Trainer will conduct established training programs in various manufacturing or engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct training programs in manufacturing or engineering processes
  • Monitor training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience Training in a Manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of computers, how they work, and how they come together
  • SAP experience is a plus
Requirements
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Proficiency in operating a personal computer with a Windows-based operating system and related software
  • Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages
