Senior Manager, Field Compensation and Incentives

This Senior Manager IC role will oversee day-to-day field incentive compensation for the Neuropsych and Multiple Sclerosis Franchises. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Build future incentive compensation capabilities and innovation for existing and pipeline brands.
- Manage and track performance from budget, ensuring Biogen North America IC plan performance.
- Lead annual/quarterly field incentive compensation planning for accountable franchises.
- Partner with HR to support annual performance management, promotion, awards, and recognition processes.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of progressive business experience in the healthcare or biotech industry, inclusive of 3 years of field-based experience in account management, sales, and/or field reimbursement.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Skills:
- MBA or equivalent.
