The RMR Group is seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join their team at ARIUM Southpoint. As a key member of the community, this individual will be responsible for supporting the leasing, retention, and occupancy goals of the property.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, ensuring a positive experience throughout the leasing process.
- Conduct property tours, showcasing the features and benefits of the community to potential residents.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other relevant laws.
- Inspect properties to ensure quality appearance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage guest cards, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with lease renewals, rent increases, and other administrative tasks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Regional Director.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior leasing and/or property management experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
- Bi-lingual abilities may be required based on property needs.
