Overview

The RMR Group is seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join their team at ARIUM Southpoint. As a key member of the community, this individual will be responsible for supporting the leasing, retention, and occupancy goals of the property.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents, ensuring a positive experience throughout the leasing process.
  • Conduct property tours, showcasing the features and benefits of the community to potential residents.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other relevant laws.
  • Inspect properties to ensure quality appearance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage guest cards, follow up with prospects, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with lease renewals, rent increases, and other administrative tasks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Regional Director.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Prior leasing and/or property management experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
  • Bi-lingual abilities may be required based on property needs.
