Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team at Full House Marketing & Staffing NC. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting prospective residents, leasing apartments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist prospective residents, answering questions and providing information about our apartment communities.
  • Lease apartments to new residents, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the leasing team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the leasing team.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of experience in the apartment industry and 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
