Job Overview:

Atrium Staffing is seeking a compassionate Bilingual Oncology Nurse Navigator to provide triage, support, and education to members during their cancer journey via phone, email, and video.

The ideal candidate will establish trusting relationships with members and their care network, supporting them throughout their cancer care journey, including screening, survivorship, and end-of-life care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support members with care coordination, symptom management, nutritional support, discharge planning, and provider referrals.
  • Assist with urgent clinical escalations and provide clinical consultative support.
  • Establish trusting relationships with members and their care network.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • OCN and CCM certification.
  • Compact licensure and residency in a compact state.
  • Recent oncology navigation or oncology case management experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
