Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Prism Electric. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of electrical construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff in the day-to-day administration of projects
  • Manage financial reporting, tracking, and projection of labor, material, job expenses, and changes
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of project budgets and schedules
  • Coordinate with superintendents and project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Manage submittals, change orders, and other project-related documents
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a Project Manager role
  • Proven people management, process management, and performance management skills
  • Knowledge of financial software, accounting practices, change order pricing, and billings
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
