Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our inpatient care team. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and treating patients to improve their function and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct physical therapy sessions to improve patients' strength, endurance, coordination, and range of motion.
- Administer physical agents and manual therapeutic techniques to relieve pain and promote healing.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- Current licensure in Physical Therapy in the state of Connecticut.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to travel between multiple work sites.
