About Us:
At Eastern Healthcare, we are dedicated to enhancing wellness, recovery, and autonomy for every individual we serve. We are currently seeking a Practical Nursing Specialist (LPN) to deliver direct nursing care to our residents while overseeing the daily nursing operations conducted by nursing assistants.

Such oversight must align with the prevailing Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our facility, as well as any directives from the Director of Nursing to ensure the highest quality of care at all times.

Compensation and Pay Structure:
• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $30 to $33
• Additional $2.00/hour for 3 PM - 11 PM shifts or $1.50/hour for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts.

Additional Compensation:
• 1.5X Holiday Pay
• 1.5X Overtime Pay for hours exceeding 40 hours per week

• Daily Pay - Access to Earned Income Prior to Regular Pay Cycle

Requirements for the Practical Nursing Specialist (LPN):
• Valid Practical/Vocational Nurse license in the state
• Current CPR certification
• Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds or more, with the majority of work being physically demanding (over 70% of the time)
• Capability to stand and/or walk for over four hours daily
• Ability to bend and/or stoop for extended periods.
