Job Summary

Trotter Workforce is seeking a skilled Painting Foreman to oversee the work of painters on site. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in a professional painting setting, with 3 years of experience running a crew of 3 or more. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring work meets standards and quality control procedures, communicating with clients, and coordinating work schedules with building owners or General Contractors.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise the work of painters on site and ensure work meets standards and quality control procedures
  • Coordinate work schedules with building owners or General Contractors
  • Communicate with clients, residential, commercial, and light industrial
  • Order paint and ensure all safety and performance requirements are met
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in a professional painting setting
  • 3 years of experience running a crew of 3 or more
  • Ability to ensure all safety and performance requirements are met
