As a Painting Foreman with Trotter Workforce, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of painters on site. This includes supervising the work from start to finish, ordering paint, and coordinating work schedules with building owners or General Contractors. You will also ensure that work meets standards and quality control procedures, and communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of painters
- Oversee the painting process from start to finish
- Order paint and materials as needed
- Coordinate work schedules with clients and contractors
- Ensure quality control and standards are met
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a professional painting setting
- 3+ years of experience running a crew of 3 or more
- Ability to perform and ensure all safety and performance requirements
