GPU Architect

Qualcomm is seeking a highly skilled GPU Architect to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering Group, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and verifying the performance and power of GPU cores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-performance GPU cores
- Develop and analyze semi-custom circuit solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design compatibility and innovation
- Conduct complex analyses of test results to identify areas for improvement
- Consult with internal and external users to guide implementation and ensure alignment with their needs and goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience
- Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience
- PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant GPU experience (either external or internal)
- 1+ year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director and above)
- 1+ year in a technical leadership role with direct reports (only applies to positions with direct reports)
