We are seeking a skilled and experienced Premium Bartender to join our team at Duke University. As a Premium Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests in premium hospitality areas during athletic events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down bars in a timely manner, including icing down product.
  • Communicate effectively with bar back personnel to ensure smooth service.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, including greeting and attending to their needs throughout the event.
  • Clean and maintain the bar area after closing, including discarding excess ice and recording closing inventory.
  • Follow all federal, local, and venue alcohol policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1+ years of bartending experience.
  • TIPs/TEAM certification required (will accept Team certification or provide training).
  • Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required.
