Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Premium Bartender to join our team at Proof of the Pudding, a leading catering company in the Southeast. As a Premium Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests at various events and venues.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down bars in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with bar back personnel to ensure seamless service
  • Provide exceptional customer service and greet all guests with a smile
  • Clean and maintain the bar area, including discarding excess ice and recording closing inventory
  • Responsible for putting away all inventory as directed
  • Follow all federal, local, and venue alcohol policies
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of bartending experience
  • Must be TIPs/TEAM certified (will accept Team certification or will provide training)
  • Knowledge of upscale/VIP service styles required
Working Conditions

The work environment for this position will be event operations and working out of the Football Stadium or similar venues. This position will often move throughout campus and stadium grounds on different terrains.
