Licensed Practical Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
* Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services, administer immunizations and injections, and provide patient education.
* Assess patients during intake, take vital signs, and perform diagnostic tests such as EKG and Retinopathy screening.
* Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia
* Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting
* Ability to take vital signs, perform phlebotomy blood draws, and perform Point of Care Testing
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications:
* Phlebotomy Certificate or phlebotomy experience
* Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room
