Support U.S. Military Service Members and Their Families

Leidos is seeking licensed behavioral health professionals to join our Adult Military and Family Life Counseling (MFLC) team to support Joint Base Lewis McChord near Tacoma, Washington.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide non-medical support, including counseling, consultation, and outreach, to service members, military family members, and eligible staff.
  • Offer face-to-face counseling to military service members and their families, as well as coaching, guidance, and support to installation staff.
  • Participate in regular in-service training or other contract activities as assigned.
  • Communicate information regarding trends and issues at assigned installations to Team Leads.

Requirements:
  • A Master's degree or higher in the Behavioral Health Professions.
  • Licensure to practice at the independent practice level in any US State.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active passport that is good for 6 months after the end of the assignment.
  • Must be able to pass a basic background check for employment, a Child National Agency Check, and Inquiries (NACI/CNACI) clearance.
