As an Auto Body Repair Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our Collision Center, focusing on vehicle body repairs and part replacements in alignment with industry standards while prioritizing customer satisfaction.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with Collision Center Estimators to determine necessary repairs and ensure they meet customer expectations.
  • Execute all facets of body and frame repair work according to estimates and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Prepare vehicles for the repair process efficiently.
  • Verify parts against estimates and ensure accurate ordering and receipt of components.
  • Inform Estimators of any additional repairs required and any challenges that may affect the quality of work or timelines.

  • Keep tools and equipment in optimal working condition.
  • Adhere to safety protocols by utilizing all required personal protective equipment as recommended by manufacturers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in auto body repair.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is essential.
