About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Determine the general condition of HVAC systems and troubleshoot malfunctions to determine the extent of necessary repairs
  • Maintain a neat work area and inspect it for cleanliness after each job
  • Convey a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving
  • Wear floor savers while in clients' homes
  • Maintain company vehicles, ensuring they are always clean on the inside and outside
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
  • NATE certification preferred
  • Strong communication skills and technical competence
  • Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
  • Clean driving record
