Teamwork + Communication
  • Build productive relationships with peers, asking for support when needed and making an effort to help others.
  • Participate in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
  • Contribute to a positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
  • Provide insights related to the customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
Visual + Business Operations
  • Understand your contribution to service and selling on every shift to impact the store's business.
  • Support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, including new and restock items, and contribute to the completion of omni order fulfillment processes while maintaining stock levels on the floor.
  • Maintain Anthropologie's visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer and staying current on merchandising updates.
