About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our EKS Anywhere team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering the mission of helping customers run containers successfully anywhere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable and reliable systems for EKS Anywhere
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features and enhancements
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality code is delivered
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in cloud computing and containerization

Requirements
  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience
  • Development experience with Golang
  • Experience with at least one of the following: Kubernetes, Mesos, Docker, etcd
  • Experience with Rancher, Openshift or other container orchestration platforms
  • Experience with design/architecting large-scale distributed systems preferably using AWS technologies
