Job Summary:

Masada is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full-Time Therapist Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to adults, youth, and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring to inform treatment decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Valid California license as a LCSW, MFT, or PsyD.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a mental health setting, preferably in a therapeutic or counseling role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
