About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at NeuroRestorative, a leading provider of rehabilitation services for individuals with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries and illnesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support to adults with brain injury diagnoses in a homelike community setting.
  • Work closely with families to involve them in the therapeutic process and ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with Program Managers, Nursing Team, and Behavioral team members to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapeutic supervision to participants and families during treatment and education activities.
  • Document behavioral progress notes and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Behavioral caregiver experience preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid/clean driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Good attitude with the ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Caring and compassionate mindset.
