Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases by analyzing blood and body fluids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and process laboratory specimens for analysis
- Perform laboratory tests and submit results in a timely manner
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and analyzers
- Support and promote CMS Compliance Plan policies and procedures
- Perform clerical tasks and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Medical Technology for Clinical Laboratory Science
- ASCP, NCA, or AMT certification within one year of hire
- Effective interpersonal and observational skills
- Ability to work under stressful situations and multitask accurately
