Job Overview

The Financial Operations Manager will support the Chief Financial Officer in overseeing all financial activities of Renasant. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of financial operations and reporting.



Key Responsibilities

  • Calculate client invoicing and revenue recognition
  • Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts
  • Process vendor payments and manage accounts payable
  • Determine commissions due to advisors, brokers, and staff
  • Collaborate with the CFO to maintain accurate financial records
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Engage in daily communication with third-party operational partners
  • Reconcile financial operational processes on a daily basis
  • Manage daily workflows with the Federal Reserve Bank
  • Perform additional related tasks as required


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or a related area
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable, self-driven, and possess strong analytical abilities
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
