- Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice on a unit level.
- Collaborate with senior executives to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and effective resource management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, staff satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred).
- At least 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a registered nurse.
