Job Summary

We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Seafood Processors. As a member of our production line, you will be responsible for sorting, butchering, cleaning, weighing, cutting, filleting, trimming, inspecting, and boxing various seafood products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offload product from vessels">
  • Operate plant machinery, a forklift or pallet jack">
  • Inspect product and ensure quality standards are met">
  • Loading product, boxes, pallets, or carts of product into or out of freezers or refrigerated vans">
  • Prepare packaging materials">
  • Cleaning or sanitizing the work area">

Work Environment

">

You will work in cold, wet, loud plants with strong seafood odors. You must be willing and able to perform physical, standing work for up to 16 hours per day, seven days a week.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $17.15 - $18.50 per hour, paid on a biweekly basis. Additionally, we provide affordable health insurance benefits, a generous employer matching 401(k) retirement plan, and three meals per day for employees who live in our company bunkhouse during the summer salmon season.
