Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Management Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn data and product life cycle management by maintaining and updating new and existing model information in various databases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, audit, and update product data in multiple systems.
  • Assist with Anaplan, SAP, Salesforce product data audits and maintenance.
  • Assist in database UAT testing.
  • Produce weekly reports.
  • Review, respond, and redirect queries from internal and external partners as needed.
  • Other projects will be assigned as needed.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or Supply Chain.
  • Sophomore or Junior preferred.
  • Some office experience preferred but not necessary.
Competencies
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing priorities.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Positive attitude and able to learn new skills and take direction.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required.
