We are a leading global aerospace OEM, trusted by the world's aviation leaders. Our team is looking for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler Specialist to join us in Chatsworth, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create assemblies per blueprints and specifications daily.
- Perform in-process testing per part.
- Identify parts using stamp procedures as required.
- Recommend changes to processes on manufacturing outlines as needed.
- Meet production schedules daily.
- Develop improvement ideas to promote continuous improvement.
- Learn new units and functions as required.
- Understand production processes.
- Read blueprints and understand schematics.
- Navigate personal computer systems efficiently.
Requirements:
- General knowledge equivalent to a high school education.
- 5+ years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment assembling pumps, motors, valves, and actuators.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
- Proficiency in winding, soldering, crimping, varnishing, patting, riveting, rubber stamping, and spot welding.
