We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide care in the home setting for pediatric patients. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Job Summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Part Time Weekend Nights LVN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. In this role, you will provide one-on-one personalized care to pediatric patients in their homes, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

  • Execute physician-prescribed plans of care and document care in our system of record
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as ordered by the patient's physician
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with our interdisciplinary team
  • Provide health education and training to family members

Requirements

  • Eligible LVN license for the state in which you will practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Comfortable providing in-home nursing care to pediatric patients
  • Pediatrics experience is helpful, but not required
