Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical Unit team. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients and families in a variety of healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients and families in diverse healthcare settings
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Delegate tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing
  • Successful completion of Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio
