LPN - Full Time - Nights - Medical Unit

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at OhioHealth. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients and families in diverse healthcare settings, working collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients and families along the health-illness continuum in diverse healthcare settings.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Delegate nursing tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
- Graduate from an accredited school or program of practical nursing.
- Successfully completed Ohio Board of Nursing-approved medication course.
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
