Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining clients' medical records and bills
  • Copying, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Answering a multi-line phone system
  • Communicating with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
  • Filing and other general administrative support

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a paralegal/legal assistant or other compatible field
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills
  • Organized
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • Ability to track and complete multiple projects
  • Proficient in MS Word, Google Drive: Docs and Sheets, Grammar, Math, and Office Technology

  • Bilingual a plus

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience
