Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and refine the vision and strategic direction of the Risk Management Program, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
- Lead the advancement of the Risk Management Program, providing ongoing guidance for the development of risk processes, standards, identification, prioritization, and mitigation strategies.
- Encourage collaboration and promote organization-wide risk engagement by working closely with leaders at all levels to implement and sustain risk management initiatives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the risk culture within the organization, participating actively in industry-related groups and forums.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years in risk management, with a preference for experience in the utility sector. Proficient understanding of risk management methodologies and maturity frameworks. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for diverse audiences, from team meetings to executive presentations.
Certifications: Professional certification in risk management, such as Certified Risk Manager (CRM) or Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA), or an equivalent credential.
