  • Analyze monthly requisitions for cash flow impacts.
  • Facilitate monthly receivables meetings and support Project Managers in customer collections.
  • Review the work of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers on a monthly basis.
  • Assess monthly status reports from Project Managers and respond accordingly.
  • Prepare and participate in monthly Work-In-Progress meetings to track project status.
  • Monitor and review the financial statements of the department.
  • Plan and organize the monthly activities calendar for the department.
  • Conduct monthly staff meetings to foster communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and oversee the annual budget for the department.
  • Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
  • Support company leadership in overall operations.
  • Ensure timely completion of assignments.
  • Promote a respectful workplace by treating others with dignity.
  • Participate in monthly managerial meetings to discuss personnel, project, and customer-related issues.
  • Review and approve requests for paid time off and timesheets within the division.
  • Establish and uphold company policies regarding conduct, technology usage, and ethical standards.
  • Engage in project budget development and cost forecasting.
  • Attend project turnover meetings with estimating and field management teams.
  • Encourage team participation in educational and professional development programs.
  • Represent the company at networking and association events.
  • Train Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers in company procedures and project management practices.
  • Review and authorize all job-related purchase orders.

Work Environment:
Employees may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations. Occasional exposure to extreme conditions at construction sites is expected, with a loud noise level.

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this role include the ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employees must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
