About the Role

The Deposit Servicing Specialist is a key member of the Operations team at Upgrade, Inc., focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth of our Phoenix Servicing Center. This role is critical in ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate support, helping them navigate our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Balance customer communication and system-based processing, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support operational policy and procedures by identifying areas for improvement and recommending updates to content.
