The Deposit Servicing Specialist is a key member of the Operations team at Upgrade, Inc., focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the growth of our Phoenix Servicing Center. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, resolving issues and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Balance customer communication and system-based processing, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support operational policy and procedures by identifying areas for improvement and recommending updates to content.
