Position Overview

The Massage Therapy Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) team and the overall operations of the facility. This position allows for flexible scheduling to accommodate personal preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all functions of the massage therapy center, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage LMT staff, including scheduling and performance oversight.
  • Ensure maintenance and cleanliness of the facility.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the health and wellness of gym members and the community. We are looking for individuals with prior leadership experience in massage therapy.

Compensation: The Massage Therapy Supervisor will receive 50% of the revenue generated from each massage session, with average earnings ranging from $35 to $50 per hour, plus tips. Additionally, a commission of 10% will be awarded on all sessions conducted by supervised staff.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid massage therapy license in Pennsylvania.
  • Adhere to all local and state licensing regulations.
  • Maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism in demeanor and appearance.
