Criterion Child Enrichment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Overnight Awake Staff to join our team. As a key member of our group home staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and comfort of our students.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular bed checks and maintain accurate documentation to verify student safety and adherence to overnight protocols.
- Collect and record overnight behavioral, medical, or instructional data to inform care planning and support student development.
- Report any behavioral observations or health and safety concerns to ensure prompt attention and resolution.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in human services or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a comprehensive background check are mandatory.
