Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Carlsbad Medical Center. As an Emergency Room Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care to Emergency Room patients, utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures.
* Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care of the patient in the Emergency Department.
* Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education and stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.
* Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available.
* Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care.
Requirements:
* 2 Years Experience in a similar role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
Schedule Information:
* Night Shift 7p - 7a.
* 13-Week Assignment.
* 36-Hour Guarantee.
* 3-12 hour shifts per week.
