Responsabilidades Principales:- Se encarga de los gastos (como labor, horas extras, viajes) de los departamentos asignados.
- Realiza sesiones de coaching con el personal según sea necesario. Prepara evaluaciones de desempeño, trabaja con individuos en la planificación de carrera, capacitación y desarrollo de habilidades. Asegura el cumplimiento con las reglas de trabajo horarias. Proporciona input en las decisiones de contratación/terminación.
- Asiste a reuniones departamentales y de clientes según sea necesario.
- Mantiene interacción regular con el equipo de dirección y clientes.
- Asegura que se complete todo el informe requerido.

- Grado de bachillerato o equivalente de una universidad de cuatro años; o combinación equivalente de educación y experiencia que proporcione los conocimientos, habilidades y competencias requeridos.
- Cinco (5) años de experiencia en supervisión o capacidad demostrada para supervisar con éxito al personal y relaciones con clientes.
- Capacidad para: leer e interpretar documentos como instrucciones de operación y manuales de procedimientos; escribir informes y correspondencia rutinarios; hablar de manera efectiva ante grupos de clientes o empleados; trabajar con conceptos matemáticos como probabilidad e inferencia estadística; aplicar conceptos como fracciones, porcentajes, razones y proporciones a situaciones prácticas; resolver problemas prácticos y manejar una variedad de variables concretas en situaciones donde solo existe una estandarización limitada; interpretar y dar instrucciones variadas proporcionadas en forma escrita, oral, diagramática o de calendario.
- Debe ser un miembro del equipo, organizado, auto motivado y capaz de priorizar. Debe tener habilidades de computadora completas.
