Job Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA services to clients with Autism, working one-on-one with each child to implement their individualized treatment plans.
- Collect and record data on patient behavior, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with our clinical services team, including Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physical Therapists, to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote a safe and supportive environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA therapy.
Requirements:
- Paid training provided in ABA therapy
- High School diploma or equivalent required; experience working with children and/or special needs community preferred but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and physically fit to lift and carry patients as needed.
