Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Server to assist with food preparation, service, and cleaning duties in our dining area. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with food preparation and service, adhering to food safety guidelines and dietary restrictions.
  • Set up and clean the dining area, including delivering meal carts and washing and storing dishes.
  • Accurately record temperatures on refrigerators and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of food service experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of staff and residents.
  • High school diploma or GED degree.
Competencies:
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with geriatric residents.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
