Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled Client Solution Specialist Senior to join our Corporate Banking organization in Baltimore, MD or Tysons Corner, VA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide sales, service, and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships, serving as a customer solutions resource.
  • Gather required documentation, prepare, review, and verify documents and relevant information for accuracy, performing common processing and ensuring compliance with standard regulations and processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, client teams, or service partners, and may act as an escalation point for complex client implementation and servicing issues.
  • Initiate, update, and verify client, account, or transaction details in relevant systems/applications, providing reports as needed.
  • Serve as a peer resource and may perform general administrative support.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of related business or functional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of business decisions, client relations, competitive advantages, consulting, customer experience, relationship management, results-oriented, and taking initiative.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, customer support policies, standards and procedures, decision making and critical thinking, effective communications, flexibility and adaptability, managing multiple priorities, problem management process, products and services, sales support and administration.
