  • Receive, prioritize, and resolve end-user help requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor and respond to incoming requests via various channels, including phone, email, and ticketing systems
  • Install and configure hardware and software components, including operating systems, networking equipment, and office applications
  • Provide in-person and online support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Assist in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet user requirements
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including patching and updating software and systems
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our computer systems and data
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist
  • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory
  • Understanding of Office 365 and telephony systems
  • Ability to determine IT needs and train end-users
  • Proficiency in IT helpdesk software and documentation
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
