- Licenses and Certifications: A valid New Mexico Journeyman License is required.
- Physical Demands: Lifting up to 80 pounds may be required.
- Teamwork and Communication: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and management.
- Preferred Qualifications: OSHA 10 certification and solar installation experience are preferred.
